Piston to Valve clearance
Did lots of searching and seems like lots of opinions.
Is 0.060" enough clearance for I&E?
I'm running 60# springs, mild cam and 3k gsk.
If not I'll get 0.010" over headgasket tomorrow.
Thanks in advance.

Out of curiosity, what is the minimum you feel comfortable with?

I agree with .040, but got away with .032 when I put a 188/220 in my original engine. Never spun it much higher than 3800 though.

Lucky for you guys. I have .027 on my race motor because Of a machining problem. We will see how bad they are in a few months. So far it's making power
