4k GSK shim/washer question

I just installed the 4k GSK kit from DCP, removed all the shims as instructed, but am confused on the last shim/washer seated under the seat. Looks like it may be a wear washer, was this supposed to be left in? I called DCP but they were busy. The bigger shim on the right is the one I'm talking about.

both those Should have stayed in the pump , they fit the largiest spring which is idle spring that didn't get changed

Set the nut to stud height to .050-.060
