Need a cheap wastegate block off asap

cheapest I can find is this, which is ridiculous.

Amazon.com: Grimmspeed EWG Block-Off Plate - 44mm v-band: Automotive Amazon.com: Grimmspeed EWG Block-Off Plate - 44mm v-band: Automotive

Is this about normal, or am I missing something?

I made one out of scrap steel instead of paying $50+ for one. Just cut a circle out and beveled the edge. I'm cheap, but it worked

Thats what I have, but the old one doesn't fit the new manifold. I need the clamp more than anything.

Would the clamp for a 45mm be a 2.5"? I have a clamp off an old hx35 elbow, it's just barely too big, not sure exactly where they're measured.
