01 Chevy 3500 12v Cummins Swap Help

Wondering how I should do my swap... Which Intercooler is more efficient. Now for the big question Gauges and Sensors. What do I do to make them work.

My setup
2001 Chevy 3500 6.0 Vortec 5Speed
12v Cummins (95 Dodge) S362 over S475
NV4500 (Dodge)
241DHD
2006 Dodge AAM 10.5 Axle

I do not currently have the Cooling Package from a Duramax so hence my question. I would like to keep the truck as close to Chevy OEM but would like to make it work well.
