If you're going with a grill, I've made some cool proto's in the past for pretty cheap. What you do is CAD up the pattern you want, then make a 2pc tool out of rapid proto SLA (leave some guides/pins, then just use a hydraulic press to form it. You'd be surprised how OEM it'll look at the end!
