Which plate load?

I want the fastest shifting DD south bend makes. Correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure thats gonna be the 6 cb with the lever style hub. Im just not sure of what plate load to get. I want it to be able to hold around 700hp and a few boosted launches every now and then. But I want it to the least grabby as i can get by with. Should I opt for the 3600 or do u think the 3250 will be enough?

The 3250 will be the fastest for shifting but the 3600 would be better for the boosted launches. You are right on about the 6CB...I would have to say to go with the 3600.

So the 3250 will hold 700hp? Is there gonna be a noticeable difference in shift speed between the two? What about the different styles of hubs there are, sprung or un-sprung hub? I will be ordering one in the next couple of weeks and I need to know exactly what to get.
