Help me out Peter.

hello. jake here. a couple buddies referred me and said you were the man to talk to. after my last hook i am need of a stronger clutch. i believe i have the 3250 DD as i put it in when i had way less power. it's not close to holding but i still do rarely drive the truck. was thinking something along the lines of a 3850 pressure plate and maybe iron giant disks. would this still allow me to shift during road time. my disks still are about 50% and look okay, it's just not enough pressure from the plate. what do you think peter? what kinda $$ am i looking at.
