driver battery failing

my drivers side battery is not showing a volt change when truck running(alt kicking in) . swapped batteries and same issue, batteries good. driving runs driver battery down. needing some guidance on what 2 test or look at next

The wire between the two would be the easiest thing to check next. Ground from that battery.
