Looks to me that we have 2 different issue, the "center" plate was a little to snug of a fit in the fly wheel, and there is a steel housng that the through out bearing rides on, that seems to be a little to long and isnt allowing enough travel. So a grinder took care of the center plate, and hopefull y tomorrow i can find a new housing for the though out bearing since mine is cracked and do a little custom shorting
