Question Gauges dont work!

Hey guys my 98 12V sits [inside] quite a bit , I drive it about every two weeks, today I go to back it out of the shop and NO gauges are working , ABS light is on , fuel light is on [yes there is fuel in it] , and the odometer is flashing , fuses look good and there are no other electrical issues with the truck! Any ideas?
Thanks John
