Auto tranny cooler/twins?

Hello all, if I were to go to twins, I assume the oil cooler for the tranny would be in the way. There is another tranny cooler up front. Seems like once the truck warms up, what I really have is an oil heater anyway. So I'm wondering if anyone has just eliminated the water/oil cooler to put in twins, or if this is a bad idea? I'm going with a Silver Bullet first, but I want to know what I need to do in preparation for a Big Brother below if I want it later. I do treasure my DTT, though, and don't want bad things to happen to it. As a rule, I don't tow heavy. Thanks!

Just relocate it. Two $13.99 braided heater hoses, four $.59 5/8" clamps and four 1/4" bolts.

Thanks- it's much easier to get to all the hoses when it's apart and it's not that expensive. ~$158

$158 for the stainless aeroquip transmission hoses, unless you modify the stock hard lines.
