P-pump id help

Hey guys. A buddy of mine has a ppump from a medium duty ford. It was a running truck and It's basically untouched. All the factory security seals are untouched

I want to believe it's the same as a dodge 215 pump based on the 908 tag.

Right now I run an 11mm ppump from a schoolbus.
Runs fine but the afc is gutted and the fuel plate is ground and it's 11mm. Also it has an industrial cam in the pump so it's all low end.

So this pump could be a nice upgrade for me.

908 is a casting number if I remember correctly. The all say that somewhere I'm pretty sure. You need a picture of the other tag, the one on the side.

That pump looKS like it mounts on the passenger side vs. Driver side like the dodges.

This ^^^^

That pump is off an old 6.6 or 7.8 Ford engine, not a Cummins.

It is also a 3000 series, so it isn't as good as the 7000 series 11mm pump you have now.

Every P-Pump I've ever seen has the 908 number in the corner of the tag. It has absolutely nothing to do with what hp rating the pump is. If the 10 digit Bosch number on the pump tag isn't 0402736887 or 0402736913, it is NOT a 215 pump.

I have customers that get screwed all the time, because they don't verify the pump model number before buying one.
