Help with lost power

I have a 96 with an airdog pump, 4kgsk, and full cut dvs. It use to pull pretty strong but now it seems like it stops fueling after about 2k rpms. The airdog goes straight to the ppump, I put new filters on it and no change. I put a fuel pressure gauge on it and it was only getting a little over 20psi. I changed out the overflow valve and now fuel pressure stays at 30 but it still doesn't have the power it did. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing it?
