To the people who cast the exhaust manifolds.

p-pumped 5.9 24V. Tig with a rod made for cast.
 
I have not found anything that will fix cracked cast iron reliably. I use this rod to build up a boss to machine and install stuff onto the manifold. No pre-heat. don't let it get too hot. Hard to drill and tap. PDI T4.
