Heavy pedal

Hey I was adjusting my idle up a little bit yesterday and when I finished I noticed that my gas pedal was alot more firm and hard to press down which is no fun cuz it makes u drive slower. I was wondering if someone knows what tO adjust to make my Pedal light again. Thanx:Cheer:

When you adjusted the idle, did you adjust the idle screw, or the linkage? Did you check the throttle cable to see if you may have kinked it?

Make sure your fuel shutoff solenoid is pulling up all the way. If it only comes up half way, it'll give you a hard pedal.

i just checked the throttle cable and pulled up on the fuel shutoff solenoid a few times and took it for a test drive. i think it was the fuel shutoff solenoid not coming up all the way because my pedal does seem lighter now. thanx for the help guys :thankyou2:
