250 % over injectors , what kind of air ?

I have a 2010 and want to make a street/strip truck.
Primarily will be used on street.

What kind of air will I need with 250% over injectors so it doesn't smoke like crazy on the street ? Or maybe it's just not possible ?

Good tuning is going to determine smoke or lack thereof moreso than exactly the charger you decide on.

Talk to a tuner, or do some trial and error on your own. You'll want to see how low you can get your injection rate (your injector pulse). Not much is going to help with low end smoke better than that stock VGT.

If you're asking about what size charger would clean it up at max output, that's a different question. I'd guess something north of a 78mm, but... you could mkae smaller chargers be smoke free by limiting fuel via tuning.
