Adding ABS To Front Axle

Im swapping the front axle on my 99 3500, Is there a way to add ABS to my 99 3500 up front since it didn't come with it?. The dana 60 axle I got to put in is set up for it. Im wondering if its only going to be an ABS module change and maybe a PCM reprogram at the least?

If I the truck only has rear ABS from the factory. If it can be done then, why not?
