Trans quote please...

What I've got is a 96' 2WD half ton that needs a built 47RE. My goal is a benched 180 pump, 5x12's and a 64mm charger of some variation. The head has mild porting and I'd like to hit the track maybe 2-3 times a year and daily drive the truck as much as possible. What would you suggest? Driveability is my main concern at this point. I can only imagine how busy "The Jeff" is... The trans is the key part to this build, but I'm in no rush. I'm gonna do this once... Thanks for the help Swole. I really just need a dollar amount on paper before I proceed.
