18psi max on 95?

without sticks in my 94' it would only hit 19, with sticks it would peg a 20lb guage. the resticted the waste gate, slide the plate foreward now im at 38
 
I saw 20psi stock on my 97 so that sounds about right. And yeah, by restricting the wastegate and adding more fuel by sliding the fuel plate (or taking it out) it's easy to gain 100 hp or more. Just make sure you don't fry your trans.
 
the sticks alone got me lil over 20, then the resticter to keep egts down when i slid the plate a lil forward, i only slid it like 1/8 inch, to keep my trans alive. but i had same mods as u, other then cold air. after i get a guage that goes higher i'll know the tru numbers on psi. i dont see over 1150 with current mods
