Best price I've seen new is ~ $715 from discount tire online. Don't know if that's above your price point but with free shipping its a good deal for a brand new set. Or you could just buy my truck, it's got new ones. Lol

$715 is a good deal for them 420s, its just going to be hard finding someone who will mount them without charging alot

At the time discount tire mounted/balanced them for $20/tire. I didn't think that was too bad.
