Head/dash lights pulsing?

Anybody else has this occur with their trucks?

My 07.5 megacab's entire instrument cluster as well as the headlights will pulse while I'm driving down the road at highway speeds showing 13-14 volts on the dash and the Edge CTS II.

DRIVES ME NUTS! Anybody had this issue what was the fix?
 
Cool as in 60* at the time, would surge the headlights for about the first 30miles. Replacement alt fixed it.

Replace your alternator. Bad diode in the rectifier.
 
Check your alternator connections to the passenger battery. I personally had a barely loose connection and it pulsed and finally through a low voltage code. Tightened connections on the posts and done.
