DT466C spewin sludge from her 1" blow hole

My beloved 92 466 finally said ENOUGH DAMIT!
About 120k on the victim, roughly 20k of that fuel screw not present and stock gov +4 clicks each, inj. timing +4 degrees, retorqued head bolts to likely too twisty/thrusty a value.

Any thoughts?

My thoughts-
1. Right foot control issues.
2. No watching the 30 seconds of 1400f pre turbo.
3. My I/H friends which allow the wet cylinder sleeve to be serviceable
4. Engine oil cooler (not likely my luck......)
5. Cylinder head gasket out to lunch...?

Been such a great engine. Perhaps I need to heed others noted EGT sensetivites of these engines in stock/minor warm mod trim.

The fact one made it over 100k is rare. They are not awesome motors, buy a lottery ticket since yours made it that long.
