Thanks for the input! We've actually had a couple of the bottle opener ones become intermittent after spending time in pockets and toolboxes, presumably some contamination in the sliding contacts. Next batch is going to get a simple, basic USB drive, probably one with a simple snap-on cover.

Jacobus - we're waiting on a few components before we can build more of them, I should know more (or have one) next week.

what about a iPhone app? plugs the cable to the phone, or use a Bluetooth adapter. store the data on the phone to be viewed or synced to the computer?
