12' shop sidewall

Anyone have lofted areas or crawl space storage on a 12' sidewall building?

I'm trying to debate whether I should just do a 12' or do a 14', but I'm cheap and I'm looking for best return on investment with my property.

We're planning on doing roughly a 16'x16' room inside the building so figured we'd have the extra space above.

Does anyone have any pictures of a 12' with some sort of lofted or storage area?

If going to do a loft I'd do 14 ft wall. 12ft would be to low for a it and to try and walk around up there even if just for storage

I've got 14' and did it that way for more room for a hoist. I have a loft over an office and bathroom. I have to bend my head down just a little to walk across it. It's ok cuz I don't spend much time up there.

We have a 14' wall in one of ours with a loft and you have to bend over. The new shop we are building is going to be 16' walls to alleviate that if I want to do another loft
