Port matching turbo to manifold.

Is this excessive? Is it worth it? Just a k27 going on a DAP manifold. I figure it's free, just my time.

Makes sense in my book. Less turbulence in the exhaust gas flow. Likely an unnoticeable power gain, but will yield to better sleep at night.

I’ve done it on basically all the turbos I’ve run. I have no idea if it’s really helped or not. I’ll match the turbo inlet to the gasket size when rough cutting it and then make it slightly larger when I use a fine flapper to smoothen everything.
