Just noticed the test port plugs are different lengths

As I assembled a 47re this morning I noticed the low/reverse servo seal rests with the seal on the test port hole, I also noticed the port plugs are different lengths. I wonder if they go back into specific holes . I usually have the plugs in by the time I start installing the servos so I never noticed before. I'm probably worrying about nothing.
