Got the 12.7 ddec 3 series 60 finished up last night and down to the break in dyno this morning. End result was peak hp at 433 an peak torque 1540 to the wheels with engine fan on.

Has bw 171702 turbo, injectors and cam from a 500 ddec4. Next will be ecm tune an if I can find a cheap place to do a quick dyno I will. It cost me $520 for break in dyno that took an hr.

OK, more CAT engine questions. Anyone know where to find an SAE 14 Flywheel for a 3406? Trying to build a manure pump again.

Pot style sounds right, but I don't know about the size. Needs to be 17.25" center to center on the bolt holes.

Having issues with the new motor. Smokes like a bastard on start up. Until truck warms up then clears up but will get a slight haze of sitting at high idle for a while. Trying to post video of it starting up with manifold off to show where an how smoke comes.

This 40' bows alot easier than the 35' does. Truck is 13100lbs IDK the F/R split is yet..
as you can see I moved it to the rear some 40" and there's still a bow.. I'm close to 5000lb pin weight in this position

As for Trailer cost.. company bought 3 trailers all RGN one stretched some $750,000 between the 3 from XL

I'll clarify
I know own stated he spent 750k on new trailers last year,
The Crossman 40' showed up 40k I had alot of say in that spec build.
3 53' 35ton XL have shown up all with, pin on 3rd axle 12" loaded deck height
One fixed double drop getting a QuickDraw style tarp that's 30-40k for a good tarp system and its supposed to have a 3D machine painted on the curtianside.
Other two are both deck over HYD RGN detach, with pony motor and HYD connection.
One of the RGN has a 25'? Stretched to 70-75'?
Could there be others that arrived then sent out to work while I'm out? quite possible.
I know those XL specialty trailers aren't cheap
