Question tips on changing out valve springs

Hi everyone.Been a member for some time but just been lurking absorbing the info. I just finished installing my twins and will be doing the valve springs, head studs and injectors in the next week or so. If anyone can give me any info or point me to a thread (thought I had seen one here) on doing these upgrades it would be greatly appreciated . I have "instructions" on the injectors and studs but not sure the best way to do the springs at the same time. I have the spring compressor tool. Hopefully wont take an eye out with it.Truck is an 04.5
