Stock 2wd 47re good as is or as a core

Pulled out of my freinds wrecked 97 12v. Was running and shifting just fine. It's an all stock trans with a goerend rebuilt overdrive section. You can use it as is on a stock truck or as a good core. Valve body was loosened to drain fluid for storage and it has no filter installed. Fluid was clean and not burnt. Iirc the truck had only about 120k on it and lived an easy life. No converter but if I find it I'll throw it in. Asking $450 for it. Located in Vallejo, ca. I am willing to ship it if you organize shipping. I can palletize and have a forklift.
