What have people done to make the vacuum actuated cruise control work on a fly by wire system 01-02 6 Speed manual Truck?? Has anybody actually successfully modified the existing system to make it work? If so what parts were used/required?

Is the plug there for the Vacuum unit?
It's behind the drivers headlight.
I know my 5spd elec control cruise had the plug but always wondered if it would work if plugged in for my p-pump.
I have all the Vac. stuff, maybe I'll make that my next project.

I recently purchased a p-pumped 01.5 6 speed that really really needs cruise. Sure hope the answers are forthcoming!
