Thanks Vivian.....I talked to DJ about it last night.

I got under it today...there's a 1"X2" hole right beside the motor mount on the driver side and the oil pan is beat to hell....I got pics on my phone but for some reason I can't send them to myself to post them.

What'da think.....wrist pin? I always thought the bottom was pretty strong on the 6.0?

Unbroken went to broken! Been there done that 2AM after 20 sodas cruising 60 mph no vibration sounded like just ran thru some fresh tar & pea gravel then died out .State boy stoped,need some help sir,no sir waiting on wrecker already called.Ok have a nice night ,20 minutes later another stoped same story whew!

I have 2005 short block you can pirate if you need it. You can have the crank and the rods and the bed plate if you need it. Also have a set of 07 heads and an o-ring kit if you need it.

I'm in no hurry...I'll be up here working for at least a month and a 1/2 before I can even touch it. That's time to get a motor built though so I can drop it in when I get home.

No secrets....just don't know yet.
I've got a parts list in to Elite for a fully built motor...I'll weigh that against a stock short block and see if it's worth the expense right now.
