Yeah $50-75 seems to be the standard one time hook fee for non paying members in most organizations. For paying members the hook fee is $20

I see both side of this. But here is my take for years southern Indiana has had nothing but a few brush pull where they normaly **** on the trucks and make them pull at 2 in the morning and everything else.

Now we have a sanction class for 2.6 truck so there is 2.6 pulling against 2.6 truck and not 3.0 or twins. Also getting decent pay outs and Insurance coverage so in case something did happen. That is why non member hooks are 60. 40 pays your insurance and 20 is the hook fee.

Our class is small this year for just starting this year. But I think if you ask anyone that has pulled everyweek with us its working out great and I hope a few more of you guys come on for the full season next year.

Any ways hope you guys come on down or up and come hook with us.

If anybody is planning on making the trip please be sure your turbo meets the rules. I'd hate for someone to drive a long way and not be able to pull. The other night in Paris Ill a guy wanted to pull with us but I could'nt let him because he didn't have 3/4" of straight bore going to the wheel. Just a heads up.

It doesnt work that way. You go to an itpa event with a non legal turbo and see if they let you run. Whats the point of having rules if they're not going to be followed. If we just "let'em run" then all we're doing is brush pulling and the whole point of this class is to STOP brush pulling.

The fair book thats sent out every year says the pull starts at 6pm. I've also been told will be the first class on the middle track, so any first time pullers that have to have turbos checked need to be there in plenty of time to go through tech. And be sure to bring whatever you need to make the charger accessable to the tech officials.
