Help key won't come out

Just put a bully dog gt on my 15 cummins with a 6spd everything is right but the key will only go to Accessories. Why???? Called the shop and they say sometimes when it flashes the computer weakens the battery not allowing the key to go to the off position. And once the battery is back up to charge it should unlock the key. So any advice be awesome
 
disconnect both batteries and touch the pos and neg cables of one battery to each other to discharge stored voltage.

again, be sure both batteries are disconnected! LOL

you may be able to remove it at that point

if not, reconnect the cables, and you should be able to remove it

you should be good to go at that point

on a plus note, your "unlock available" may not be used up, so your GT could be used to unlock another truck :D

NO! Never on a global vehicle!!!!

Both negative cables and turn the head lamp switch to the on postion.
