06 cummins build idea?

I'm look into build of my 06 5.9, I have to rebuild the motor because of a **** tone of blow by that us not coming from the turbo like I hoped. Any ideas about what would put me in the 500-700hp range, while still be good for towing equipment on the goose. Along with 2-3 pulls a year maybe haha

I've had my eye on some exergy 60% injectors , stage 3 colt cam and maybe one of the tater built 351 turbos , and was pretty for sure on some efi tuning to finish it off.

Any suggestions or thoughts are appreciated

I wouldn't push a "tater built" chinesium wheel in an he351cw to 700hp but if you like loud noises and pretty flames it's a great idea!

Have you looked at his book face? He crams 67mm wheels in he351cw and hx35... Tell me those don't have stupid drive pressure.
