Again, as stated earlier, I believe the block can be made to hold more power.

I am pretty sure the mystery following these parts is just that. I believe these pieces to be some the rarest cummins pieces out there.

I think I have a plan for this thing to be a money maker, but it would require quite a bit of time and investment.
Step 1
Put it together as a pretty mild engine. 4-500 horse. Polish the death out of everything. Hang 3 shiny turbos on it, primarily for looks. Personally I would put the stock Sigma on it I have, once again, just for looks. The more billet trinkets in general, the better.

Step 2
Have a big name bike builder build a chassis around it.

Step 3
Let most of the world look in awe at the 12V Cumins, Sigma fueled, triple turbo'd, polished aluminum block and head motorcycle. Get in some magazines, ect.

Step 4
Auction it off at a big name auction.

I'd really like to have this stuff just so I could build a lighter weight, boring engine for my wife's expedition, but it's a bit out of reach for me for that.

They are in our garage below the house. We heat with wood with a forced air add on (Tractor supply) so I will keep it stored in sorta climate control. Next trip you plan on getting out this way, stop in and pick 'em up. They weigh hardly nothing so I can help you load. lol
