Shifting Problem

Hey guys I tried calling today and never could get through, also sent an email with no response so I figured I'd try here. I've had a ceramic DD with upgraded hydros in my truck for around a year, and it's been great until a couple days ago. Was driving normally all day then suddenly got harder to shift. Kept getting worse and worse till finally pushing the pedal did nothing. Checked the hydro system for leaks and couldn't find any. Tried driving it again after it sat overnight and it again shifted fine for a little bit, then started getting worse and eventually I had no clutch again. I tried lengthening the adjustment rod on the pedal with no change. I'm wondering if the hydros could be sucking air somehow and causing this but not really sure. Any thoughts?

Is the clutch not disengaging at all when this issure occurs?

The mention of it shifting fine when the fluid is cold but not shifting at all after a bit of driving, sounds to me like it could be a separate issue from the clutch.

The pedal feels normal and will shift fine for a few gear changes, then gradually gets worse with each shift. It feels like the clutch itself is moving less everytime you push it. When I went for my test drive the day after it started, eventually it was not disengaging hardly at all. You could hear the rattle still, but when pushing the clutch while moving( say to stop at a red light) the rpms did not drop to idle. They stayed steady with the truck speed until I got it jerked out of gear. I don't think its anything in the trans, the clutch is not disengaging.

I talked with someone at valair,I believe his name was Gary. Did a little testing and trouble shooting and decided it had to be an internal problem with the clutch. I got it pulled a couple hours ago and found some broken parts. It seems that two of the things holding the fingers to the pressure plate broke off and were just rattling and flying around in there. They look like a suped up rivet sort of thing. I'm not sure how that could cause a gradual loss of movement though, looks to me like it'd always be the same. But anyway, that's the only thing I could find wrong or weird looking so I'm sure that's my problem. I'll be calling in the morning to figure out how to procede from here.
