Restricted oil fitting

Anybody know the size, or pn or anything about this fitting so I can find one myself? How big is the oil hole, thread size, blah blah
 
Thread it into the stock port.
Not easy to do, but it provided the proper amount of oil the pump needs, which is fed through a lifter bore, with a lifter in it.
