rough running?

So i have been having some issues lately with my 7.3. I will be driving and pull up to a light and it wil drop 3-4 hundred RPM's and then rev back up. If i put it into Neutral before i get to the light it wil rev up 500 RPM's. Sometimes it will even die when at a light. I have changed CPS, IPR, and just curious what else could be causing this. Any input would be great

What has your IPR and ICP been doing during this? have you checked the harness aswell? what codes has there been?

ICP will drop and spike during these times. I have checked the harness as best I can. There are no issues that I am aware of. No codes other than the a couple that are from other things being MIA.
