Is that truck out of Indiana and used to have a bunch of chicken lights on it?

Either way bump for a clean truck.
 
Gotcha. Looks like a buddy of mine's truck from Indiana. He put it back to stock when he sold it. Looked just like that one.
 
I can not see the pics at work, is it an extended cab with the two doors that open backwards or a crew cab truck?
