Those stock u-joints and shafts break under the power of a stock 318! I wonder what Yukon/Spicer combo's do.

Just FYI, the non-greaseable Spicer joints are stronger than the greaseable ones because of the lack of grease passages. We also tack weld the caps to the axle shafts to keep them from walking out.

Just some cheap tips you may want to try to help them live.

At the moment I havenít fixed the axle shaft. Itís been sitting since I broke it that night. Iím going to order the spicer axle shaft with the 25% bigger ear and u-joint.
