A section just for build threads?
One of my favorite things to do is creep around and see what other people are building, and it seems like there are more and more build threads lately, but annoyingly, they are spread out all over the site and end up getting lost among all of the other threads. Is a "builds board" something that's ever been considered?

But really. I'm for it. Add another subforum to competition build tech or something.

I'm not surprised you're a hamb-er. That Model A is one of the first things I spotted in your thread. I'd love to have a nice trad rod to cruise around in someday.

General tech...NOT competition! Not all builds are competition builds.
Some people here already need to learn the meaning of competition and extreme.

The problem is convincing people to start their build threads in the Dedicated Section. I don't mind add it them at all, but where do I add it? we have such a diverse group of users it's hard to find a place for all brands?

Mind as well. Too many people misunderstand the difference between common and extreme.

Tech- General Diesel
Build Threads- General section for any build thread. From restoration threads to full on competition trucks.
People already fail to read the section description. Hints I am always seeing sale ads in the tech sections, and wanted to buy ads int he sale sections. I realize the mods are already quite busy moving said threads around but a build section would be pretty darn cool. There are quite a few badazz build threads on here that are quite difficult to find since they aren't always blatantly labeled "so and sos build thread". It easy easy as a general member to sit back and request such a thing though. We don't have to do the hard work of moving the site around.

Good idea. Makes scrolling through the "new posts" easier. Do these make it easier to search for the threads as well?
