Alright guys. Like the title says, i have several extra turbos laying around. I would like to see what yall think would make a good powerful set of compounds. All the turbos are either rebuilt of almost new. I have got my current bullseye 66/74/14, 2 hx35s, industrial 66/74/14 3rd gen, a 62/74/14, a s467.7/83/.90, a billet s475/96/1.32 and a s591. What turbos would make a set of compounds capable of a cool 700 to 800 hp with what I have in my sig. Thanks for looking.

62/75 wastegated off the manifold would be my choice for a 12V truck. Should have good street manners and flow good up top.

i was thinking about just selling some of the turbos and just running the s467.7. how much power is the s467 good for?? also how much is a hardly used s475/96/1.32 with a 11 blade billet wheel worth??

Box S475's are about $600-700 and billet wheels can be 200-300 on average. So I'd say somewhere around $1000.

Also I like CorneliusRox's idea. Go big or go home... Haha.

How do the larger turbines do as secondaries?

I too would like to know. I also have box stock s480/96/1.32 that has been sitting for a good while that I traded a 62/65/14 for. I think I will sell the 475 and do a 62/80 this spring.

I know you want compounds but seeing as how you have a very capable s467 laying around. Ever thought about that as a single?

As far as compounds go a 62 over 475 is definitely my vote. Very quick spooling and can support what you are after.

Yeah, I would definitely daily a 67.7. You could pick up a spool valve to try and make it better for daily driving too.

What are guys making on those now? I thought it was just shy of 800hp?

Depends. Common rail guys are pushing them quite far. IIRC they are breaking 800 on common rails.

The only thing that has stopped me from running the s467 as a single is that it's a t4. I would run it with a t4 manifold. I'm not a fan of adapters. A guy in my area melted the divider out of the adapter.
