Need some help

So this is my second year of pulling and as time goes on im trying to learn more. I got a 94 12v regular cab long bed. Has 3 piece manifold, o-ringed head, arp studs, stock turbo (WG Blocked), BHAF gutted, 4k gsk, 5x12 injectors, 193 delivery valves, 60lb springs, pump has some work done, 20 degrees of timing and a built tranny.

I run 33x12.5x16 sts, and when i pull i run 2nd 4low with tq locked. Im not sure on my exact gear ratio but i believe its either 3.55 or 3.73. No lockers.

So what im wondering is where do i go from here? im trying to stay in work stock, so upgrading the turbo isnt a option right now. I got another set of axles sitting in the garage D60 front 4.10 and a D70 rear 4.10 i believe its got stock posi unit. Is the 4.10s gonna help me out? Is it gonna allow me to run 3rd with od off and tq locked? Is it worth my time putting them in? Its a strictly pulling truck that i drive occasionally on the road. Also from what ive seen and heard excab long beds pull better. So would it be worth my time trying to find one and swapping my stuff over? Like i said im just trying to learn and become more competitive with pulling.

Is this a strictly pulling play toy or street drivin also? I agree with more fuel what fuel plate are you running and are you running AFC? If so has it been modified with the washers and maxing out rack travel? What kind of boost are you seeing? EGT temps?

Its a strictly pulling truck. But still street legal so I wanna I can take it down the road. There's no fuel plate and yes the pump has been modified. Only thing I haven't done is put mack rack plug on. I'm hitting like 30psi was 38 but I ported the head a little. And I don't have a egt gauge

A turbo off of a later truck allowed?

IF so, a 04.5-07 5.9L HE351CW would help bump up the power with more usable air.

Then I would do lockers and traction bars.

4:10's may help. How many RPMs are you carrying down the track?

I would loose the bumper and move your hitch in two holes, you'll have to cut it to fit around your spring perch and drill two holes but it'll definetly help. 4:10's will get you more rpms but I wouldn't suggest another Dana 70 if you can help it.

My pulling club days stock OEM for the truck so I can put a newer one on. I was thinking bigger exhaust housing. Hitch can't no further in than the tailgate but I can put it in a lil further. I'm pushing 3000rpm and I have traction bars

Needs more fuel. Go with a higher flow D.V. Also the 70 rear may noy be the best choice if you decide to pull more often and or upgrade your power down the road. I would look for a Dana 80 for the rear or a 14 bolt.

I got 193s already, im running 5x12 injectors and im gonna bump up to 5x16 or 5x18. As for now im gonna stick with the 70 because i already have it.

So will 4.10s work for me or no? if not what gears should i be running? So far from what ive gathered. I need more fuel, hitch needs to be in more, and lockers. Well i cant afford lockers right now. im not gonna be putting in the new axles till next season. I barley drive this truck on the road, so could i get away with welding the rear for now?

As long as you know the risks and your willing to take them weld them up! That's only a decision you can make!

Yes im aware of the risks. and i see alot of people run like 4.88 as gears, is that something i should look into to? Also if i bought a extended cab long bed would that be worth my time swapping everything over? Thanks!
