95 dodge regular cab short bed build

I have been working on this for a couple of months. 95 reg cab short bed.
Picked the truck up in Phoenix and drove it home in the middle of september.
found some pieces here and there. CompD and CL. It's almost done, I hate those build threads that start and never get updated or finished. So this is a past tense build.

Easier to reply to the post above, after looking at the pictures I have set. The front hangers are flipped, the rear hangers are lowered and cut off. The last one is a topside view of the frame re-flanged and trimmed to fit rear frame section. a few more pics as well. Separated the frame by drilling and torching out the rivets. and shortened 16 and 1/4 inches. Redrilled and installed grade 9/16 bolts in place of the rivets.

engine work

installed helix2 cam, CPP springs and Ti retainers and 10 degree locks, racked barrels, 4kgsk, ground 100ish plate, tuned afc, KDP fixed, shimmed rack plug. Timing @ 21 degrees and 5 inch exhaust, took it for a ride and it runs pretty hard. Slips the(brand new before I bought it) stock style clutch badly in
3rd 4th and 5th unless babied. time for a double disk unit.

I love the attention to detail. Painted the inside of the doors, painted dash, welded roll pan, sound deadening.. Very nice!
Going to be a fun ride.
 
ooops

Lasted One whole week. Now the hx 35 sh!t the bed today tooooo much fuel. In process of making it run again with a he351cw from a turbo swap we did last week. This truck likes to be in the shop. Order of business:
make truck run again,
reduce fuel so turbos last.
wash and photo,
post pictures. lol
