EFI Starter Class
Hey guys,
I'm thinking of giving a class on getting started using EFI Live on the Cummins and Duramax in conjuntion with the March 12th NHRDA event in Whittman, AZ.
This would be a basic class on how to get started, how to work the software, and the basics as far as tuning the common rails. I will not get too much into advanced tuning techniques as there will be limited time.
Let me know if anyone is interested. I'll need to figure out when and where. Saturday the 12th is out because I'll be racing, but could be Friday. Maybe the Hotel has a conference room next to the bar!

Well hell, that's pretty cool Rob. If you hold one in Idaho in the future, I'll make it.

Still looking at the options. Taping it should work and adding a CD with purchase of EFI maybe. Working on the details now and will most likely have another tuner, or two, to help share their experiences and help with the class.

I've been asked for years about doing this, but never could come up with a great way to run it as there is such a wide range of knowledge. With all the new efi end users that would like some direction, thought this may be a good time. I'm thinking power point presentation along with a basic notebook to hand out for notes taking and to follow along.
If this works well, then we'll look at moving around the country and repeating it at the major events, time and demand permitting.

Guys, there may not be time for this first March attempt as the software may, or may not be available. Once I know a bit more, I'll make that decision. Either way I'd like to set up different times around the country and setup a schedule.
