valve body vacuum tester

I started off building 1 or 2 transmissions and now it's turning into a 1 or 2 or 3 per month. I've noticed a few had worn valves sometimes they pass a visual inspection but still require a sonnax aftermarket tv valve or the line pressure plug kit.

Is the sonnax valve body vacuum tester worth 250$ ?

If it saves me from having to drop one valve body it would be worth it.

I've been building them for beer money , parts etc but having one with issues right off the bat won't help my reputation locally

I'd rather spend another 250$ on my truck but I hate pulling the vb from under the truck to fix after the install

I pretty much answered my own question inmy first post but with my luck I'll buy it and end up not building any more for awhile lol. Guess I could sell it later. 232$ is the cheapest I've found so far . Jegs
