5.7 IDI Powaa!
Just picked up my first brand new truck last week. 2020 F250 6.7 4x4 Tremor. The 10 speed sold me. These trucks have come a long way from the 1984 F250 6.9 IDI I owned as my first truck.

Congrats sir!! Also, I can't see any pics either. Really curious how you like the 10 speed long term. I've heard a lot a good things about them.

Great looking truck! The new Fords have really grown on me lately.

I HATED them when they came out in '17, I thought they were so hideous but now I really like them. They remind me of all the OBS Fords I had. I like the boxyness of them and the interior has so much room.

Is this package a reference to the all time classic film franchise?

4.6 first gear, thats low. I was wondering how you got the "crawler" package with 35s and 3.55. Cool transmission, Nice truck.

heres a real truck...........fords....not

I'm happy for your sake you are in that truck....but not even close to the quality of the ops truck.

The already horrendous quality control standards coming from south of the border have tanked since covid. We get trucks off the train that the doors wont even shut on. Mismatched options like a tradesman truck with heated rear seats and no heated seats in the front?!? Like you cant even order them on that trim! They have made a little progress copying ford on the front suspension though so that's in their favor I guess. Oh and good luck with the trans under any sort of added power and constant abuse.

I'll stop-not trying to rain on your parade...just don't try and say the Ram quality is better.

hahha..its all good man..i just don't gel with the ford..idk..fits funny...theyre all pos in reality

idk bout the rust..fl aint bad...only salt we got is in the ocean

Although I do miss the Cummins engine, the rest of the truck not so much. There is absolutely no reason with all the transmission technology out there that after 31 years of that engine in the truck they can't get something that holds up to that engine. If they come out with a 8 or 10 speed in a few years I would consider one again.

I test drove both, read a ton about both, and just feel like the Ford was built better. Time will tell.

The one thing nice on the Cummins that I will admit is you can swap that CP4 out for a CP3.
