2007.5 6.7 cummins

I have a dodge 2007.5 that starts and dies have 4.9 volts ignition feed from ignition module to ecm and only 6 volts to injectors any ideals.

Batteries or cables??? How about alternator? What about the main fuse in the TIPM?
