DV holder cracked?

Yesterday on my way home I heard a slight pop like a quiet version of a boot blowing off. When I checked it out I noticed my #1 dv holder was wet and slowly leaking. Due to it being out a half dozen times to set the timing I figured the o ring was the culprit. I changed it, even though the old one looked fine, and put it back together only to have a very bad leak now. Keep in mind I have always torqued them to 85ft lbs so over tightening is not an issue. Could the holder be cracked and I didn't see it?

Now that I think about it the holder being cracked doesn't make sense because the fuel is coming up from underneath it so I'm kinda lost. Any help is appreciated

Are you positive you have the correct o-ring?

As embarrassing as it is... no I didn't. It hurts to have posted that on here and find out the girth of my o ring wasn't enough... :banghead:
