looking for info on a possible Cummins swap into a 2008 F350 King ranch

just looking for info to lead me towards what engine i should go with, either a 5.9 CR or 2007.5 and up 6.7. if it was you what engine would you choose? I'm just looking to do a long block, not a full build race engine. where would be a good place to get a long block from? any other relevant info is much appreciated as well. thanks for he responses
